• This depends on where you place the rad. Top or front. The h100i elite I suggest go to the top since most cases have space for 3 fans in the front and you don't want to waste a spot. Just have to adjust the rad and tubes in a way that it doesn't interfere with ram sticks.

• Even with 4 sticks of ram, yes (2 sticks don’t have rgb I know they’re hard to see).
