Q: Is this compatible with AMD AM5 platform?
A: Hi, Yes, this cooler is compatible with AM5. You would use the provided AM4 mounting hardware for AM5 installation. Q: Does anyone know if this fits the new generation? LGA 1700 socket
A: Yes. It should come with adaptors. If not you can get them on the corsair website for $5
Q: Does it comes in white color
A: It does but I have not seen best buy carrying it. You might get lucky at your store but none of the stores around me have had the white version.
Q: Does this come with thermal paste?
A: The h150i came with pre applied thermal paste, I assume the h100i does as well. It comes with a plastic cover over it I suggest leaving it on until you are ready to put it on the CPU. This is a mistake I made, I didn't notice the thermal paste rubbing around on everything until it was too late.
Q: Does this work with a ryzen 9 5950x
A: This product is compatible with am4 and am5. Many different brackets are included just make sure you read the instructions carefully to know exactly which one to use to properly mount it to your motherboard.
Q: is this compatible with the MPG B550 Gaming edge wifi motherboard?
A: The b550 motherboards have am4 socket which this product is compatible with. Make sure to read instructions carefully to know exactly which bracket to use because it comes with multiple different brackets for compatibility with different platforms.
A: You can put any 120mm fans on it you want. There is a industrial standard for 120mm fans that almost all companies follow, including Corsair, noctua, coolermaster, even the cheaper stuff like ezdiy-fab fans you can get off Amazon. I use Corsair fans mostly and I mix and match them throughout several different builds just throwing them wherever. Just pay attention to fan rpm, you want higher rpm fans cooling your radiator.
