“Are the Elite Capellix AIO's still being shipped the with old 2 point AM4 mounting hardware that utilize the default AMD bracket or are they being shipped with the new 4 point AM4 mounting hardware that is similar to the Intel mounting solution?”

Hi Anonymous, Newer units will have the revised AM4 mounting bracket. If your packaging does not include it, please feel free to contact our support, and they'll happily take care of you: support.corsair.com -Albert
