Q: QuestionSo with is almost $40.00 single fan can i use this without the controller; just plug it into a 3 or 4 pin header on my mb?

• A:Answer Not sure if there was another answer to this, but no, the fan connects strictly to an iCue link controller, no other headers to use. It's very convenient but very proprietary.
