That depends on the type of key switches you like. Just barely pressing the keys will actuate the response, so you may have a lot of typos or improve depending on your style of typing.

It's a bit louder than many standard keyboards since it has mechanical keys, but it's on the quiet side compared to some other mechanical switches. A butterfly Mac keyboard this is not... Lol. But if you like what its about go for it. Super solid, super mechanical. And the lights shift colors and all that.
