• Sure does! It comes with two parallel cables: one to connect the keyboard (3.1) and one as a pass through (2.0). The pass through allows the port on the back of the keyboard to be used for any USB 2.0 application, from charging to wired mouse.

• There is a USB passthrough but no extra usb. The keyboard has one USB for the keyboard and a second for the USB passthrough. Both need to be plugged in to use the USB passthrough. If you don't want to use the USB passthrough you only need the one for the keyboard plugged in.
