I believe the 3 pack comes with corsairs lighting node pro which helps you sync your lights through the ice software

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.You need the kit to actually make the RGB work. There is a piece inside the kit where you plug the fans into that makes the RGB work. Just buying 3 separate fans won’t make the color happen. I learned that the hard way. Good news however is that once I bought the kit, I was able to connect the separate fans I had purchased already plus the 3 that came with the kit. The piece inside the kit allows you to hook up to 6 RGB Corsair fans. Hope that helps. You might be able to hook them up directly to the RGB headers though. Not a computer expert. My kid built mine.
