I’d recommend getting a cheap external sound card. That’s what I got for mine it works great now and the sound through the headphones is better than before. The icue however doesn’t work with this headset, I suppose you could contact Corsair to see if they sell a sound card that would work with it.

Please try again later.Yes, i've have the iCUE software problem also, but I think to up the mic volume On windows: Control Panel(Not Settings) >Hardware and Sound>Sound> (Another Tab should pop up) Click into the "Recording" tab> Click on the headsets microphone> Properties>(Another Tab should pop up called "Microphone Properties") > Click into the tab "Levels" and adjust from there I feel like this should work, because I had a higher volume bar on the "Sound" tab when I applied the changes to the levels.
