QuestionIn the instructions it says that the headset has the RGB light on it, but it doesn't show how to program it on the iCUE app nor does it show up on the devices tab either. Does the headset logo actually light up or not? Please let me know. Thanks.

- Answer It does not have RGB. its only a 3.5mm connector which doesn't carry power. The headsets that light up have USB connectors

QuestionCan you use the headset at the same time as the keyboard? My son has to hook up his headset and controller or the keyboard and mouse because he can't hook up together. That's the reason I'm considering this purchase.

QuestionI was wondering why my headset mic is so low and people can hear my in-game sound but not me, I have to scream so they can hear me for a little bit (Any fixes) and is the headset suppose to be linked with ICUE software because mines is not.

- Answer I’d recommend getting a cheap external sound card. That’s what I got for mine it works great now and the sound through the headphones is better than before. The icue however doesn’t work with this headset, I suppose you could contact Corsair to see if they sell a sound card that would work with it.
