“In the instructions it says that the headset has the RGB light on it, but it doesn't show how to program it on the iCUE app nor does it show up on the devices tab either. Does the headset logo actually light up or not? Please let me know. Thanks.”

It does not have RGB. its only a 3.5mm connector which doesn't carry power. The headsets that light up have USB connectors

Please try again later.Hi Rachel, The instructions are just for the entire series of headsets, some features don't apply to all models and it'd be a bit restrictive to print instructions for all the headsets individually. Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Headset does not light up. That's for the void pro, and this is the void stereo. However you can get corsair to send you the USB dongle for the headset to enable surround sound. The rgb is controlled through icue once you download and install it. Then reboot. You can select any color scheme you want from the listed options in icue. There should be a picture of the mouse and keyboard.
