A:AnswerI bought these for my Xbox and could not get them to connect. After looking I finally found out that they are meant for PC and PS4, unfortunately, I will be attempting to return mine. Best Buy dropped the ball by falsely advertising the product....
A:AnswerI did not get the black pouch from the refurb. With the wireless Corsair Virtuoso SE Headphones I did receive the Mic , charging cable, aux cable and usb receiver.

A:AnswerCorsair has pretty great product support. Not sure how they deal with accidental damage, but in my case my headset stopped working with the software, and i had a really pleasant support experience with Corsair. They helped me get everything back up and running.
A:Answerit is most likely a copy and paste by their website crew that havent seen what comes in the packaging from corsair. ofc im assuming but for the price to get a near new product for half its sticker price its still a banging deal. Im sure you could hastle a BB rep for contents, but for the price its just not worth the time.
