A:AnswerHow would i enable XMP in BIOS after installation on my iBUYPOWER - Trace MR Gaming Desktop - Intel i5-10400F - 8GB Memory - NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1650 4GB - 240GB SSD + 1TB HDD.
Will it pop up on my screen after i turn the PC on about enabling XMP in Bios? If not how would i enable it??
Also will i just be able to take the ram card out that came with the PC and put the 2 new ones in? The ram card i have now is in slot 2
A:AnswerIt’s the type of memory. It literally stands for Double Data Rate generation 4. There is ddr3 and ddr4 (this memory) and ddr5. Ddr5 is usually for video ram and ddr4 is faster than ddr3 for general ram. The exact speed will be dertermjned by the MHz but ddr4 is generally superior to ddr3 and ddr5 is for video cards not really for general memory.
A:AnswerThe version that is on shelves is Intel-compatible RAM that runs at 1.35V and runs at 3200MHz. It will run with 4 DIMM slots but you have to underclock the RAM to make it work.
A:AnswerI am using it with a B550-F with no problems and Now i am building another for my nephew B450-F and i have tested it and it is working OK. review your motherboard web page for more information and compatibility but as far as I know B450 series are not as picky as B550.
A:AnswerFirst off, you gotta make sure your ram in your current machine is DDR4, and the mobo can support the speed you're going for. Once you make sure that everything is compatible, it's as simple as opening the tabs, taking out the ram, and slotting in new ones.
A:AnswerBest Buy does price match but there are some conditions. Call the 800 number and talk to a Best Buy representative. If eligible they can set you up for the discount and you will order online. If the product is at your local store you can select to pick it up there when you checkout.
A:AnswerYou will have to check the manual or support site for your product to be %100 sure. However, I have never seen a mobile CPU like you have in an AIO support desktop RAM. You will most likely need laptop memory for your system.

A:AnswerHi,
From what I'm finding online, this memory would work great with that system.
