You can check the Asrock Memory AVL for memory that has been tested to work with your specific motherboard. It may or not be there as they usually test only a few vendors. But an X470 MB should run just about any brand name memory at 3000 or 3200 Mhz. Higher than that and it becomes harder to know without testing.
