Yes but you’ll be able to change it in your bios to the speed your paying for.

I do not overclock at this point and do not intend to. I just wanted to know if this will run in my intended system at 3200 mh. FIY: Asrock z590m Phantom Gaming 4 motherboard with an Intel i9 11900 CPU. There is always room for improvement, right? Thank you.
