My experience with the Geek Squad is that their idiots. At least in the Brick, N.J. store. I bought my daughter's desktop in for repair. They told her it was the hard drive. My daughter said OK repair it. She got it back it had the same problems. $ 250 later. The tech said it must be the memory and it would cost so much more. Another substantial amount of money which she could not afford. They refused to let me talk to a manager or store manager. I brought it to a friend who is decent with computers and figured out that the idiot did not go into the Bios and activate it to boot in sequence. He did not know what he was doing. Why should I be charged for a computer that came out exactly the way it went in? And be charged again with another guess at something that wasn't even wrong. The memory was fine. Stay away
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.simple memory install is 40$. With the new Total Tech support this would be included. No extra charge to install.
