A:Answer As long as you are not going into Bios and adjusting clock speed and such, ram compatibility is generally plug and play. Identify your existing ram type/speed [DDR4 SODIMM (?)MHz] these in question are 2400MHz. Laptops/CPUs will generally accept matching ram specs with no problem and will run at manufacturer speed limitations so don't "amp" up the MHz when selecting ram (unless you are getting into clock adjustment etc). If unfamiliar google how to check your existing ram, then upgrade if you have additional GB capacity. Typically, you can enter Bios to see your existing ram [expansion/upgrade capacity]. Key point don't mismatch MHz, ram function will default to the slowest speed in mismatch.
