Yes. This memory is compatible with all models of the GF65-series. Be sure to unplug the battery BEFORE removing the stock ram and kept it unplugged until the new ram is installed and all work is completed. Plug the battery back in. Go slow and make sure you put the back panel on correctly, gently squeeze so the clips lock, put the screws in and plug the AC adapter/charger in. This laptop is designed to not power on after a hardware change until AC power is active.
