Will this work with my 2013 27” IMac null

If your imac supports ddr4 yes it will.

I don't believe it takes DDR4, this is what I was able to find on the iMAC's product page: 8GB (two 4GB) of 1600MHz DDR3 memory; four user-accessible SO-DIMM slots Configurable to 16GB or 32GB.
