• If you mean can you hear yourself speak, yes. It but it is a software feature turned on from the Corsair icue app.

• By mic monitor meaning you will be able to have side tones (hearing your voice or surrounding) then yes, you can turn on and off on the headset or in the Corsair icue program

• It does have a mic slider on the side of the headset. You can hear yourself speaking as you adjust it to ensure it's the correct level of loudness. However, it's not something you can hear unless you have the microphone really close to you.
