Questioni got the bundle that has the keyboard,mouse and headset lights only work with the keyboard and mouse any ideas? icue can't even detect the headset it's plugged in to the rear panel with a audio splitter

- Answer Hi, That'd be correct, all headsets (that I know of) would be simulated surround sound as the wouldn't have the drivers to do "true" 7.1. If you have any more questions, please reach out: support.corsair.com

- Answer Hi NEEDHELP, The PS4 has not opened up full compatibility for HID headsets and so you are unable to adjust the volume from the headset. You would need to adjust the volume within the system settings on the PS4. -Brian
