• The headphones were not designed for PS4 play, don’t know if you noticed but the USB plug on them doesn’t really fit in the slot provided. The head is too big and needs to be forced into place. Had the same issue, had to use the PC to unlock the mute to play with the PS4 and just use the microphone flip feature to mute it. (Microphone auto mutes when in the up position or is supposed to.) Buying a different brand anyhow the cord is way to short.
