“I recently bought the Void Elite RGB Wireless headset and attempted to charge it to full before the first use. It’s been charging for around 3 hours now and the charging indicator is still an solid amber color. Is my product defective in some way?”

• I would use the iCue Software to track the battery life of the headset. I seem to always notice the Amber light being on even when fully charged.

• Sometimes mine wont turn green however if its been charging for a few hours, I will unplug it and it will show 100% in iCue. I think sometimes the indicator has a "glitch" that doesnt show full. It still functions as it should though and gets a full charge.
