Hi, Yes, both of the VOYAGER a1600's memory slots are upgradeable, for a total memory capacity of 64GB (2x32GB). This laptop features two M.2 NVMe PCIe 4.0 slots. In regard to the tilting, please contact us, so we may further look into this: help.corsair.com -Albert
