Hi, Please try using a different HDMI cable to see if that helps. If that does not help, please check your XENEON 32QHD165's firmware is up-to-date. You may check the current firmware version installed and update it via our iCUE software. iCUE will be able to detect the monitor after connecting via USB to a laptop or desktop system.
