• You can select the input on the small control panel at the base of the monitor so could switch between laptop and PC. Your laptop would have to be using a HDMI port though as there is only one display port input on the monitor.

• No it cannot. It has many different ports but doesn’t not have a switching function like a KVM. You can only move through different inputs like a normal monitor
