Can ringer be turned off null

Yes, there is a button on the left side of the phone that has High, Low and Off settings for the ringer... There is also a button on the right side of the phone that allows you to set the handset volume from low to high.... Hope this helps.

Ringer is easily turned off by slider switch with thee options for ringer volume on.
