- Answer you can call landline or mobile phones. Don't know about mobile charges but landline to landline is free if local. Monthly bill includes this phone one-time equipment charge.

QuestionTried a big button phone with programmable buttons from Alzheimer store & programmed numbers required 11 numbers. Using a 1 + local number for local calls did not work out, so I returned phone. What about this phone?

- Answer Did not try but ususally on other phones you do have to type in a 10 digit number - no 1+ first. Easily returns to Best Buy.
