- Answer Great question! This unit (PRO XLS II or CS358-AF) enables you to adjust and save the preset options to the settings you prefer (time, temperature, and shake function). The CS158-AF does not allow you to adjust the shake function, and are automatically applied to the applicable presets. We hope this helps!

QuestionI have another brand air fryer. Mine, like several friend's air fryers, has chipped coating on the inner basket. Is there anything different about this model's basket coating that will prevent the chipping or peeling? Also, is the basket coating safe?

- Answer We recommend using a non-abrasive material to clean the baskets and soaking the baskets when the baskets are more difficult to clean to prevent chipping or peeling. The baskets are coated with a PTFE non-stick coating that is PFOA and PFOS free, and our products are FDA Certified. We hope this helps!
