• No.... It says online that it can be. But after the bestbuy employee clicks to do the return and several clicks later, they will notify you that you cannot and have to deal with the 3rd party vendor. They said there is nothing they can do about removing the mention of in-store returns from their website. You also cannot get pickup for this item. You have to package it yourself and drop it off at fedex. Would not recommend the purchase regardless though, this product is not good...
