I got it for my 87 yr old mother. Set it up Christmas eve and it seemed to work, then Christmas day, got the same message you got after a system update and reboot. Phone still seems to be working though. Makes and receives calls, 5g connectivity. Looking forward to what Cricket tells you.

So I took my sim card out of my Moto G stylus 2023 and put in Moto G Power 2025. It worked fine up untill last night. I keep getting a message from that cricket unlock app saying sim not supported. Then my phone will work again. Going to cricket wireless store soon will update.
