QuestionWill this phone work on a normal cricket plan (non-prepaid) if you switch out the sim card with your old phone?

- Answer I got it for my 87 yr old mother. Set it up Christmas eve and it seemed to work, then Christmas day, got the same message you got after a system update and reboot. Phone still seems to be working though. Makes and receives calls, 5g connectivity. Looking forward to what Cricket tells you.
