- Answer Yes! you can take it to a cricket store and activate. However, there may be a charge for activation. Check before you purchase. However, after purchasing at Best Buy one of their reps there just hooked it up for me and did everything for me. Walked out with a new phone ready to use.

- Answer Yes, you can activate your phone with Cricket you can call Cricket and a representative will walk you through the steps or you can go to the Cricket website and activate your phone yourself by following the instructions.

- Answer You cannot, it's a prepaid phone. There are a lot of trade up programs that allow you to sell the phone and then you can use the money received with additional monies to buy this phone, bestbuy sometimes offer the buy-up or trade-up program so does walmart, varies from store to store so you will have to physically go to the store and ask them.

- Answer Screen size is in specs, you can default pictires and videos on SD Card but not apps. Also, pictures and videos from Facebook and other apps like whatsapp cannot be defaulted to SD Card.
