• Most slow cookers follow these ranges. Warm - 155 - 170 degrees Fahrenheit LO - 175 - 185 degrees Fahrenheit HI - 200 - 212 degrees Fahrenheit This cooker has a timer to only cook for 4 or 6 hours on high and 8 to 10 hours on low. The warm setting turns off after 4 hours.

• Who knows... I used high the first time I used it... and the ceramic pot never heated up... just warm. Had to cook ingredients on stove to finish. Returned Crock Pot.
