Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.ssd drives do not come w/ sata data cables. Those will come in the motherboard box, in the box the pc came in if it's a prebuilt, or will need to be purchased. Also, you will need to be able to connect to the sata power cable coming from your power supply, and that cable will have multiple connectors on it; it's just a matter of whether any of them will reach where you want to mount the ssd. Which leads to another thought - if your case doesn't have mounting brackets for a 2.5" drive, and you don't want to buy an adapter to fit into a 3.5" hdd drive bay, then double sided tape will work in a pinch. Then, you can simply mount the ssd where a sata power cable connector will reach it.
