Thank you for your inquiry. Regarding your query of the SSD , we would like to inform you that part#CT1000MX500SSD1 is compatible with the system late 2012 27" iMac desktop and will work in it. However, we are sorry to inform you that the SSD does not come with 2.5 inch to 3.5 inch converter. If you have any further query we welcome your reply. Regards.
