• As a macbook pro should have 2.5 inch hdd setup then yes it should install just fine. However due to the age of the laptop you might not notice any major loading differences as it probably is not updated enough to see the true power of the SSD. But yes it should install and load just fine. Just know that if you are replacing the main hard drive this will get rid of everything on the old hard drive including the system OS.
