Would this work with a late 2012 21.5" iMac? null

It will work with a 21.5 “ Mac but the install is slightly complex, but nothing that can’t be done without a utube assist.

Is the interface regular old sata 3? Does it take 2.5" drive? Then it should. Even if those had 2.5"hdds it should fit. These are really questions yours best find if you goggles then. Not all macs are easy or possible to upgrade though so definitely seek out the technical manual.
