QuestionHI there! Will this drive work with an Asus Sabertooth X99 Rev 1 motherboard? If so, would it be m.2 Gen 3 or Gen 2? Thanks!

- Answer the mother board user manual says that's it's m.2 socket can handle both gen 2 and gen 3 speeds. So it looks like it should work and it run at gen 3 speeds.

QuestionHow do I setup a raid array with this like combined storage? Current SSD is a micron 2210. I have a gaming laptop and want to future proof it, I want to use this SSD because its the same manufacturer and I'm hoping will be extremely compatible.

- Answer Thank you for contacting Crucial. Regarding your query of the P5 SSD, we would like to inform you that you can use the part#CT2000P5SSD8 in RAID mode as well. However to use the SSD in RAID mode you need to configure that SSD in RAID 0/ 1 mode so that SSD can run as per your need. If you have any further query, we welcome your reply. Regards.

- Answer Thank you for your interest in our products and for your question. The expansion slot on the PS5 systems is currently disabled by Sony and will not accept any brand or type of additional SSD's being added at this time. This means that we have not been able to test out the Crucial P5 series and cannot confirm whether it will work or not until the expansion slot has been unlocked. The latest news that we have seen is that Sony might possibly unlock the expansion bay by the Summer of 2021 but you will want to reach out to them directly for further information on this subject.
