• This is pedaled just like an elliptical so I'm not sure she could. It might be possible but difficult.

• Yes she can. I'm doing it right now. Put your feet towards the bank of the pedal. Lap your heel over the side and pushh the pedals with the ball of your feet especially using the toes.
