Is a mat included? null

No mat included, it would be a good idea to have a mat. I am looking to get one, because I use mine under my desk it cannot be very thick but should have a lot of grip. It is still a huge asset for me to use this equipment even without a mat.

No it is not. I highly recommend that you get one to go with it though.
