A:AnswerIt appears that this one is all stainless steel, while P87-10 talks about an aluminum cooking surface.
Also the saucepan and saute pan are a half qt larger here. That's what I see in the specs anyway.
A:Answerit may stick to the pan, but depends on how you cook, you might have better luck than us. Some of my friends say it doesn't stick if cooked right, you know what I mean
