A:AnswerCan't see any reason why not. Nothing prevents SS from being sharpened. I rarely find the need to do any more than light touch-up. If you don't abuse them they won't dull. Even cutting bone (lightly) shouldn't affect them. Use them, clean them, put on covers and put away. They are NOT hammers. I DO NOT let my wife use them. She can dull a knife in a heartbeat. She has her own set to beat up!
