A:AnswerThe interior is all metal. There is a removable grilling plate that has a nonstick coating (might contain PFAS). All if the racks and trays are aluminum. I also hate cooking with that as well as it is linked to dementia and is harder to clean. I ordered stainless steel baskets, trays, and a rack from Amazon. My unit was on sale when I bought it from here (Black Friday). I did not mind paying for the extra parts.
A:AnswerI leave it under the cabinet with 2” above clearance & open on sides when I’m using it as a toaster. I pull it forward when using the oven or air fryer so that about 4” of the oven is still under the cabinet and open on the sides & back. The heat generated by the oven may be enough to react with the finish on the cabinets. We normally are in the room when it’s being used. That being said, I recommend that you follow the manufacturer’s directions, unless you decide for yourself to try otherwise.
A:AnswerThe basket sits on a pan and you could use that pan to cook. Or, lay your 13x9 pan on the rack that also comes with it. Each one has a notch to fit the grove on the unit sides to stay secure. In short it should work. Been happy with this unit and bought a second one for another location
