QuestionEvery single time I pour the water it leaks down the side, what am I doing wrong? I’ve tried ever which way, even using a pitcher. Love the coffee but hate the mess!

- Answer The problem is with the plastic band around the top of the carafe. The water/coffee gets under the band inside the pot and leaks out from the band on the outside of the pot when tipped, making a mess. I can't find a way to tighten the band.
