Q: QuestionHow would one sharpen these knives once they’re dull? I have a very basic, handheld knife sharpener. Isn't it likely that the blade’s black, nonstick ‘coating’ will be scraped/chipped off while sharpening, no matter how basic or simple the sharpener is?
