• I don't know about the cuisinart toaster oven but the Hamilton Beach - 2-Slice Toaster Oven - Stainless steel does have the auto-off feature.

• Yes. You set the toast shade knob to light medium dark press start, toaster shuts off at end, this is not a mechanical timer.
