Questionwhy does the coffee maker leak coffee all over the counter when it's brewing? is there a part which needs to be replaced? It didn't used to do that.

- Answer Our Cuisinart was leaking coffee back out the top of the pod and all over the counter. I checked the bottom puncture needle and it was completely clogged! Problem solved

QuestionI received Cuisinart - Grind & Brew 10-Cup Automatic Coffee Maker in April 2020. No matter how many times I clean (6 times in one day) it stops about halfway thru the brewing cycle causing me to turn it on several times to complete brewing. Solution?

- Answer This coffee maker turns off when it is finished brewing the coffee. There is no hot plate. The stainless carafe keeps the coffee warm.

QuestionHow do I use the grinder and then brewing at the same time ??

- Answer Simple; add the amount of water you want to the coffee maker, then add the amount of coffee beans to the grinder bowl and put the grinder bowl top on. Close the coffee maker lid and press start. Easy as that :-)
