yes. My daughter uses one like I purchased to make meals for people she cares for with swallowing condition, she purees lettuce and everything so they can eat the same meals as the other people that live in the house.

I would say yes. I used it to make Oreo crack ball and it broke the cookies up perfect. I'm going to use it to make home made noodles
