Can it grind into flour grains like rice and wheat null

I don't think it's that type of grinder. I would buy a separate and different device for grains and herbs.

I don't see why not. The finest grind setting produces a product like talcum powder.

It's only intended for coffee. Other grains or beans would contaminate the grinder, hopper and catch making it distasteful for coffee or espresso.
