• The UPS has an auto-restart feature but it is dependent on the state of the battery when line power is restored. In extended outages where the battery becomes depleted, the unit could fail the self test and would need to be manually powered on. Thank you for submitting your question!

• Yes, the system will restart. It will allow power to flow through and also will recharge the depleted battery.

• Yes, it will restart itself and turn back on. Once it's back on, it will recharge the battery.l
